University Students' Employment Anxiety and Ways of Coping in the Context of Incomplete Learning During the Pandemic Period: A Qualitative Research

University students' employment anxiety is affected by economic crises, pandemics, lack of experience, incomplete learning, unemployment rates the country, department study, occupational goals and environmental factors individuals. This study aims to determine which affect university explore impact learning losses experienced during pandemic on coping strategies developed students. For this reason, qualitative research method was used in current study. In research, categories codes were created using Maxqda 2022 package program. Research data collected through two different methods: focus-group interviews semi-structured interviews. The sample consisted 16 participants, 9 female 7 male. As a result, addition individual factors, with period affects anxiety, students have various ways them.
